So I built a winch a little over a year ago and I have only used it two time. I am thinking about selling it but before I do I want to use the thing a few more times. So I am looking for some winch gaps along with some other skaters to ride with. Help a brother out!

mergeleft3, how did you make the handle for it? One like that would be perfect for my winch _________________

Oh man, I wanted that color so bad for my winch but they didn't have it and I was pressed for time when I got it done.

DMoneyy, Its just a smaller piece of tubed steel that fits into the trailer hitch end of the winch. I took the smaller piece of tube steel which I believe was 1-1/2" and drilled a 1" hole in it and inserted a 5" piece of 7/8" steel rod and welded it in place. The grips are just bike grips that I got from Walmart.

EJazzle, I live right by there and that was the first gap I ever hit, but as of right now ever since the Fountain broke that water is super gross. I would not let my dog swim in it.

There is a sick spot by my house that is a ramp. It was in funboots I believe. I have a winch as well. Just painted it but should have it running again this weekend. Woot for winching man, run that thing! _________________ - Mead-Hall |

I'm down to ride wherever, I'm new to winching, just picked up a used one but needs a magnet for the flywheel for the magneto coil to fire. Would love to get out and find some local place, I'm in altamonte springs but am at OWC almost every weekend and wednesday
