being reunited with a long lost love after a few years.

I lost such is life a few years back. I was so bummed because it was my favorite video of all time. I always had it playing on my TV 24/7. Losing this video was like losing a part of me. I cant really explain it any better than that.

Today i go out and check the mail. What do ya know its in my mail box! I am so happy i finally got it again. I haven't been this happy in a while. I feel like a little kid on christmas morning. I now remember 100% why Danny Hampson is my favorite wakeskater of all time. And how much I really love wakeskating. I am gonna stay up all night and watch dannys sections like i used to. I think im gonna start riding the bottom deck of my bi level again.

did you watch the bonus montage? that one has a really cool but short section of danny's at the very end. Labellethrasher told me about it because my original disk was defective...I had to contact sidewayz and remedy that. Laughing

I love how the videos that mean so much to you can quickly take you back to "that time"...

electricsnow, that is my favorite part of the whole movie. i pause it right after he lands the kickflip then rewind to when they are by the campfire and watch it over and over again. If you dont pause it after the kickflip it goes all the way back to the main menu Sad

i wish i could just put that part on repeat. Im sorry that you were deprived from that section. I couldn't imagine not having it.

caprice150, i could never find sfumato. So to me it really isnt the same as such is life. It doesnt hold the same memories and feelings as such is life.

Man, I think the way you feel about such is life is the way I feel about linear, sfu, asterisk, and adrift. I can watch all four of those videos and get whisked back to the time when they first inspired me...part of it is tied to getting over an injury and having that inspiration, and part of it is just inspiration and having my eyes opened.

Nick, you will love your reunion with pre pop. Cool

ahhh sfumato and FITB do that for me! Some1 stole SFUMATO from me.... nick gave it to me and i used to watch it before and after every time i rode! it was amazing, and FITB... no idea what happend to it, i think i left it at a friends house or my ex's.... hmmm.....
