Yeah its the RZ4...

I love it, there is so much room and I went with a custom ballast and some of those lead bags.

The wake with the rear ballast half full is perfect for wakeskating & when I fill the rear completely and the front its huge for wakeboarding (which doesn't matter to me).

Grouch, Yeah i have a xstar with stock ballast and 4,000lbs extra. I heard it is sort of similar i just wanted to see what you thought. When i fill all my ballast it comes up to my nipples but im only like 5'4. BUt its way to big for skating with it all the way full

The TAPS system actually helps a lot as well. I can make the wake more rampy or vert if desired.

Both are great boats.
I prefer the xstar over the RZ4

lumpy pants, That thread was about how nice the weather in Australia gets when the northern hemisphere starts to get cold and it featured a picture of a tinny with a small tower... if the thread was about Americans talking about fat sacs and big wakes, then I wouldn't have moved the posts.

If the word sacs is too sexual for you, I suggest not looking in the non-wake sections, or reading any of Grouch's posts... Rolling Eyes

i'm pretty sure the x-star has about 900-1000lbs ballast factory and the fly high set up is a pair of 750's in the back and a pair of 750's under the front seats, all plumbed in.

My buddies have an inboard Tige with no ballast and I love the wake. It's not the biggest, but the shape of the wake is perfect! And its a really nice boat to drive. I rode behind a ZR4 loaded with weight in a contest this summer, and it sucked. wake was like a wall. way to steep,, maybe they had it weighed down wrong..

It just takes time to dial in...It took me like 5 trips out to get it perfect. Now I know exactly how much weight and where to put the Taps for wakeskating & wakeboarding.
