is texting and driving against the law anywhere else? i know it is in california along with using a phone while driving.

I think a few other states have recently adopted similar 'no texting while driving' laws.

Its just a good PSA for general driving, driving drunk, driving texting, and driving like a dumb a$$ and not paying attention people are stupid and need to be alert. Ive seen some DUMB ppl in FL. Today i saw a drunk guy on the side of 95 getting a DUI test, walking the line, and his car was smashed into a guard rail.... idiots.

-=AlexXx=-, the school i went to had this presentation called Every 15 Minutes. it was about drunk driving and was just like the PSA but acted out at my school. helicopters and everything. it was intense

i didnt' see which state they were talking about in the video but tennessee has a no texting while driving law that was just recently passed.

Does anyone even follow the "not texting" rule? In Fl every one drinks and drives, and im sure the penalty is WAY worse, but it never stops ppl here. What are the penalties for texting and driving.

wakemitch, I've had to help film a few of those and we have made people cry (parents and a few lower classmen) while doing it.

-=AlexXx=-, I've heard of a few people getting pulled over and given warnings for it but only like two or three actually were given a ticket. It was a small fine or some bulljive.

yeah my internet was being crazy last night so i didn't get to watch the video.

it's in our local paper all the time that texting while driving is even worse than drunk driving.

A bimbo blonde cop almost t-boned me the other day because she was texting while driving. Had I been hit by texting cop, I would be buying an island close by and starting my own society. Some of you would be recruited.

that was a gnarley crash
