Integrity's new girl says a bit about Customer Service

Hi...

I'm the newest team member here at Integrity. I just wanted to introduce myself and touch base with everyone on here. My role with the company is Director of Sales and Customer Service. In addition I'll be serving as the liaison between all of you and Integrity.

What this really means for you is that I am here 24/7 to answer any and all of your questions.

Seriously.

If its about a product, ask and I'll have an answer.
If its about a refund, ask and I'll have an answer.
If its about your trigonometry homework, ask and I'll have an answer.*
If its about wearing plaid with stripes, ask and I'll have an answer.

Ask at 3 am** and you'll get a response pretty damn quick. A bad habit. I sleep with my Blackberry curled in the palm of my hand. In fact it has its own place on my pillow. Rumor even has it that my dedication to my job was cause of my most recent break up.***

Granted, I might take a moment or two to respond- that's life, things happen (like the dog eating the power cable to my computer or forgetting that my Blackberry isn't shower-proof), but it is my priority to get to you as soon as humanly possible. If I were a super hero (looking into some testing currently) I could do everything at once but unfortunately I'm not.

I will always have an answer for you. If you ask and I know the answer I will tell you. If it requires an action, I will be responsible for that action. If you ask and I don't know the answer, I won't pretend like I do- instead I'll tell you that I don't know and I will find out for you, keeping you updated the whole time. It may not always be what you want to hear, but still it will be an answer. For example: you can ask for a million dollars and my answer would be: sure, but not from me.

The bottom line is that I am here for you. Without you, I wouldn't have a reason to be here. My job, my goal, my priority is provide stellar customer satisfaction to keep you a loyal and happy customer. We love what we do here at Integrity and we want you to love what we do for you. Its a busy, complicated, deadline tight job but we do this because of our passion for wakeskating and our desire to provide you with the best possible products on the market.

If you have any comments at all- SHARE.
If you have any suggestions at all- TELL.
If you have anything at all to say- JUST DO IT!****
