Gearing ?

I'm building my first winch and was wondering if anyone could suggest sprocket sizes for a 6in. diameter spool using a 6.5 hp motor and a 30 series torque converter set up

we've got a 6.5 hp with a 6 inch dia spool and we use a 12t clutch and a 72t sprocket and we can get going about 19.5 mph
