I was at a half mile short track in NC sitting btw/ turns 1 and 2 at the fence and a car went by that had what seemed to be Oak stickers on it. They were not too big but I'd know the symbol anywhere. After the race, I found the driver and sure enough it was Mike from Oak. He finished in the top 10 which is no easy feat at a half mile shorty. We talked about racing and sweet taters. He said he and his buddy Stephen race when they can, trading driving duties every other race or so. He also said he eats sweet taters about 3 times a week w/ some broiled fish. He gave me the recipe. It's real tasty. We exchanged numbers and he said when I was back in NC to let him know and I could hang w/ whoever is spotting during a race. Mike and Stephen trade off spotting when the other is driving. How rad was my night!!
Wow!!!!!! I cant wait to get back to Oak country. Watch some short track racing and eat some yams and fish.

Don't forget Yams. Beef, liberty and yams. Maybe not in that order though.
