every time i see reed hanson stomping such sick trixs, i remember me on the statement by mr. schmaltz about the weight of a skate - light skates for advanced skaters, heavy skates over 10lbs. for beginner Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

reed = progression

my point was... heavy skates over 10-11 lbs. makes for mobbed tricks...
look at the 6th picture in the sequence...
how many pro skaters have their skate floating 3 feet below them?
shizzle thats caught high ='s more control of your board not your board controlling you. watch as time goes on in this sport... that is where the gold standard of style will be.

no disrespect to reed or the skills he has...

...obviously it's just my opinion so wakeskatedude now it's your turn to spin everything i just wrote... have fun.

Schmaltz, I dont know very many people with more board control than reed. Especially w2w which is even harder to have control over. I bet he lands that trick 3 outta 5 times the same exact way too. i agree with you about being caught high = more steeze though.

i donno if you could do that much better cause you have to give your board that kick after the 180 so your gonna kick it downish

416, you don't have to do late tricks w2w, they are just easier.

No matter how many late shuvs and flips and varials he does, I would still rather watch Nick ride boat and his board rarely leaves his feet.

Style>*
