I've got a love/hate relationship with them, because while they are stellar raw when douched with lemon and cocktail sauces on a saltine cracher... they still feel like a disgusting slug in your mouth. What the hell, how is this possible?
I still give it double thumbs up (not the persian thumbs up!)
How do you feel about oysters, raw, steamed or fried? _________________ chance favors the prepared mind |

the only way oysters are good is for them to be raw with cocktail sauces on a saltine cracher _________________ So I looked at the clock and it's twenty past four

I ate oysters for the first time 2 weekends ago. I first tried it raw with hot sauce on a saltine NASTY
I then (after several shots and beers) tried them grilled on the half shell with lemon, cracked pepper, and mozarella cheese. They seemed alright. untill about 3 in the morning when I was puking them up over the balcony at a double tree
