Its personal preference but six inches in from tail is pretty starting point I feel, and then you can fine tune it to your tastes. With a pencil not a drill _________________

I love it when you drill your holes and then you figure out that you used the wrong sized drill bit |

You could always just put them at a different point. Since this is a rail deck you won't mind a few extra holes. _________________ http://trihawk.fotki.com

show us footy/pics of u actually using them (if u ever do)
udders are for locking in nose/tail slides, or manuals and presses on objects that u ollie onto. this is just an estimate but i would think that there is less than 10% of the wakeskate community that could benefit from these...im not hating, just stating that these are for advanced riders and to just go ahead and drill them to a deck for sh*ts is just rediculous.
and jim, sorry for the rant if u actually will be trying to lock in nose slides on a flat bar w/ ur new udders _________________ "it is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation." |

just drill them where you want them and fill in the wrong holes with candle wax. works great. i used to do it on my old byerly where the lock holes were. _________________ "I said take me to the sea, cause that is where I want to be. using a book horizontal, parallel to the tail and using the corners of the book as markers works really well _________________ Team Dream Sleds
