I got arrested for operating my boat in the Topock Gorge (which is a federal wildlife refugee) while under the influence.

The worst part was that I blew a .083 and was arrested by a fish & wildlife marshal. Since it was federal land they basically threw the book at me hard.

congrats... I got a liitle over a year left on my probation, before you ask I got a DUI when I was 19, I only got charged w/ a reckless, b/b I blew .04 I have a massive fine, had my liscense revoked for 18 months and I got 3 or so years of summary probation.

F_CK!!! I wish I did not get caught.

for blowing .003 over the legal limit, I had to pay $500 fine, spend 24 hours in a federally approved jail, take a boaters safety course and 1 year of probation. (Consisting of monthly drug tests, and monthly travel & income reports)

Too any of the people reading this and syaing im just not gonna get caught, stop it. If you do drugs or drink, like I did, just put that shizzle away. Your life will be so much easier with all of that stuff out of the way. And congrats to all of the kids almost done with parole.

yeah im lucky...my parents dont really care; i get drunk and play pool with my dad all the time..and they'll hook me up to as long as ive got money for them...never been caught by the 5-0 or any bad stuff like that however

you know im going to sound really strange and stupid when i say this but if you drink alchol under the age of 25 it has 75% more of a harmful effect on your brain. But who doesnt slip a little vodka in their red bull every once in a while?

The Pavement 3.6, my mom told me that when i got cought drinking when i was like 14 or so. its true but beer is so good, and congrats to everyone gettin off parole

grouch thats nothing seriously, I wrote my last post from school so I couldn't check, but after I got home I tallied it up for you, I had to pay a 250 dollar copay on my trip to the hospital and ambulance ride, 2500 to a lawyer, 3500 to the state of CA, 275 in various fees to get my liscence returned after 18 months of suspension I had to do 300 hours community service, plus pay 100 administartive fee to the prison for letting me do so. plus 3 years summary probation, not to mention, the 500 dollar deductible to insurance, and the 300 dollars for towing of the vehicle,for a grand total of 7575 dollars And I wont even try to account for the fact that my insurance has tripled, and countless hours of my life gone forever. Sad

trust me everyone gets caught eventually, and it really sucks. it happened when I was 19, and Im barely crawling out from under it now and Im 21
