anyone use paypal latley?? is paypal now holding payments until buyer receives item?? this is fuc$ing WACK!!!!

Le Jalapeno, as a matter of fact i have one dispute open, well actually it's my wifes account. it's totally the sellers fault though. this is really weird, paypal is saying the payment is being held until buyer confirms receiving the item, but then the details link tells me this-

yeah, it has to do with this unpaid item dispute. basically what happened was my wife sent an offer to the seller for a shirt for me for christmas, dude took his time to respond to the offer so my wife bought the same shirt for 29.99 + shipping. immediately after paying the buyitnow price, dickface seller accepted the offer for 14.00$$!!! my wife didn't even realize what happened and now we have this unpaid item dispute wich puts a hold on my paypal account. REDICULOUS

Ya mine was I bought something "action Figure" on ebay and paid for it then never got it and then I get an email from ebay saying I was scammed and now I gotta email this person, click some link below, hoop after hoop.... It was only $10 ( I Think) but still what a F-in hassle-hoff

OTT Productions, haha yeah big time hasselhoff. they make it hard as hell to deal with issues on both paypal and e-bay. kills me that a buisness is allowed to NOT have a customer service telephone line. gives the scammers WAY too much time to duck out.

i was just informed that e-bay/paypal IS now holding ALL payments until customers receive item. this would have been good though in your case Z.

PayPal WAS the best thing ever.

I gave up on pay pal several months ago when I tried to pay Vance for an Omen I bought.. Ended up just sending him a money order Evil or Very Mad

i just strong armed the dude over the internet

hey man, you got a despute open against my wife(supashan123) for a shirt we ended up paying full price for. it's now screwing up my paypal account.
i plan on doing buisness with you in the future wich will make up for the two dollars you might lose for relisting.
please handle this matter and all will be good.

yeah but most of the time it's fraudulent buyers doing the scamming. just gotta make sure EVERYTHING is sent with a delivery confirmation.

yes! omg paypal makes it so annoying PLUS they charge for it!!!!!!

but it is nice when u have an ACTUAL fraud

ps: they release the money to the seller if there are no disputes with the transaction in 21days
