i know alot of you guys dont care about footbal but bear with me...

penn state lost and UF won another sec game by a huge margin.... and are now guranteed to go to the sec championship game against alabama....

since penn state lost we are a shoe in to go to the national championship game as long as we win out and beat bama in the sec...

so its november and close enough to make national championship predictions.... and i know november always has upsets but lets make some predictions anyway

im thinking its either texas tech or oklahoma and UF in the championship game.... and UF wins by 20

btw what happened to tennessee lol...

The Great Pumpkin (a.k.a. Phil Fulmer) lost his job! But seriously Jeff, we're going, and Pete Carol can cry because his beloved Trojans blew out... nobody! Maybe he can stop crying when he joins a real conference. And as for Texas tech, let them beat who they want in the big twelve, Graham Harrell will by crying when he gets sacked 12 times by Brandon Spikes.

gatorskater, haha for sure.... i hope texas tech wins next week cause i really dont want to play oklahoma in the championship game.... it would be so easy it wouldnt be any fun lol....

Florida won't win the MNC by 20 points. I know that you like your team and you beat tOSU before, but tOSU backed their way into that bowl game and shouldn't have been there...

I do like Florida a LOT more than Bama (or LSU) from what I've seen this year. So I think it'll be them against either Texas Tech or Texas or Oklahoma.

And USC will beat whoever they play.

scott a, honestly it would be sick if usc made it to the bcs game cause i would love to see UF with its offense and special team strength against usc's defense....

texas tech will lose to oklahoma making a 3 way tie between texas texas tech and oklahoma.... out of those 3 who do you think will go?

UF will win out and destroy bama.... its gonna be sick lol

that Iowa Penn state game was ridiculous. i felt so bad for Paterno afterwards.

fastgreens, thats kind of shiznackle though cause if oklahoma wins then that means all 3 have one loss and texas is up on oklahoma, oklahoma would be up on texas tech, and texas tech up on texas.... all of them would deserve to go just as much as the other...

either way they would lose to UF lol Wink

but if i was any of those teams i would be pissed if my team didnt make it... cause they all had a pretty tough schedule too...

ps i know both oklahoma and tech are off this week... i was saying for next week

JeffKnox, in the case of a three-way tie... whoever is ranked higher in the BCS will go to the big 12 champ game. OU would probably be the highest ranked out of the three if they finish with two quality wins against highly ranked teams. i hope this happens cuz i facking hate texas tech. Twisted Evil

JeffKnox, if there is a 3 way tie for the big XII south, they take the team with the best BCS ranking, which would probably be Oklahoma because of our strength of schedule.

Theoretically, if Oklahoma were to win out and were to win the Big XII title game, they would very possibly be ahead of Florida in the BCS than if Florida were to win out. If Tech were to lose an extra game, then Texas would automatically win the Big XII south and they would be in the prime spot for the National title. This is important b/c Texas and Oklahoma may both be ahead of Florida:

-losing on the road to a top 10 school is not nearly as bad as losing at home to an unranked program.

Oklahoma's last 2 games (TTech and OSU) + a possible big XII championship game (probably Mizzou) may up our BCS average. Who really knows at this point. There is a lot of football left to play, but there could be a rematch between OU and Texas for the national title.

If 'Bama were to win out, I would assume whoever wins the Big XII will play them in the MNC.

senorbueno, there is no way UF will be ranked lower than either teams if UF beats an undefeated number 1 alabama in the SEC championship.... and our rankings will go up when people look at our strength of schedule and how badly we dominated every team but one....

btw i hate the computer rankings.... sh1ts weak... all the other polls put us above everyone except the undefeated teams but the computer poll has us below utah... wtf

FL over Bama
