a couple of winch questions

If i use a CC with 12T what should i use on the other end (60 seems to be the answer if you use a TAV) does anyone have a winch with a 6.5 hp and a CC with 12T? if so, how many teeth do you use on the other sprocket and what measure on the spool do you use? one more, how come no one uses a belt instead of a chain?
just trying to keep my mind on wakeskating while enduring the 8 month long Swedish winter Smile

do you gear it differently like with cc vs tav ? I figured you'd have to but I have no idea . . . . . . Booooooooze ! ! ! Very Happy
