Another Night

well its been a while since I've been in any trouble, about 4 months or so. So its an average saturday night we go to a friends house to get smashed. Me and one other kid split a liter of vodka so I'm pretty gone. We head out to buy a quarter of some dank and hit up Taco Bell. Ben Kweller is having a free concert at one of the colleges in the town so we decide its a chill spot to go. We get to the concert and smoke a few bowls in my car in the parking lot; stupid i know but i was trashed. go in the concert listen to a few songs and decide to go back and do some shots. At my car we drink a lil more and smoke like 3 more bowls when one of my friends gets sick. He gets out of the car and ralphs. Lucky us a cop happens to be driving by. He questions my friend then starts me and the other kid w/ us. I say I hadn't been drinking and the cop says well its smells like pot over here. cops always say stupid words like pot or dope it makes it sound so much worse for you. He searches my car due to probable cause. Luckily my friend was smart enough to stash the bud up his ass. The cop pops my trunk and fines two bottles of vodka 6 stones 1 natty somehow must of been old and a box of budweiser bottles. The Po thinks i should take a sobriety test. I swear he was trying to get me he gave me the eyes test for a solid three minutes and makes me balance a couple times. then he collects our parents phone numbers and gives them a call our parents come to pick us up and the cop tells my dad that I'm fine to drive home and that he could not detect any signs of me drinking alcohol tonight. So I ended up not getting a DUI or even a ticket because I ball hard at sobriety tests i guess. and lastly my parents are proud that I was "designated driver." Could have been a whole lot worse but somehow for like the third time nothing at all.

Sorry it's a long and probably boring story but I'm drunk and my phone died so I can't call my friends.

I just finished working thanks to getting called out earlier tonight (I'm on call this week).. and I'm about to watch a movie and pass the f out. Tomorrow is calling.

hahaha i liked it, my friend had a run in with the cops 2 nights ago. He was hammered outa his mind and gets on 95, the high way here to come home from a bar. i guess he got off the ramp going 65, steadily increased his speed to 100+ mph as a cop was watching him from the second he got on the highway. Mind you he is fizzle up, he drives well drunk though. Anyway, he pulls him over and says dude your going well over 40 mph over the speed limit, come on man. He suspects him of being drunk and makes him walk the line, he does it perfectly, asks him to do the finger to nose and stand on one leg, does it perfectly. then he askes him to say his alphabet backwards without any rhyme or tune or any song to do wiht it. He does it perfectly. the cop couldnt give him a DUI but he gave him a massive speeding ticket cuz he couldnt catch him. Effing cops.... ne way i was most astonished he could do the alphabet backwards, cuz hell i cant do that completly sober. epic.

the cops dont expect you to get the alphabet backwards right. most people cant do it sober. its just a trick they use when they think your drunk to try and get you to f up.

EJazzle, if i am able to pass a field sobriety test do you think my driving was at all bad. mind you i was not driving i was just in my car w/ it on smokin some reefer. which is gay that even if you dont drive but your in your car and have your keys you can still be charged w/ a DUI

Parker, that wasnt directed at you. you never said anywhere that you were driving. it was directed toward alex's friend.

some kid by me was drivin home the other night, drunk as hell, and slammed into the back of a car killing the driver. He was 17 and is getting charged with man slaughter. he can kiss his life goodbye. Just cause he was an idiot

there was a guy at UF back in 06 who drank during the national championship game and then drove home running over a cop... talk about kissing your life away... he killed a cop cause he was so shitfaced and he drove.... he was a good kid too like i read about him in our paper back then... he was almost a strait A student nearly graduated... now hes in jail for a large chunk of his life
