WAKE NATION rail DESIGN COMPETITION

Wake Nation, the Midwest's newest cable wakeboarding park, wants your help in designing a rail for our lake. That's why we are holding a two month competition in search of the coolest rail design. The winner will receive $500 in cash and will see their rail built and featured at Wake Nation Cincinnati. Applicants can submit up to five designs and they must be hand drawn or created on the computer. The first day of the competition begins today and runs until October 1st. That only gives you two months to come up with the best rail design.

wow, i've never heard of this cable before, this is going to be soo sick. its only 5 hours from my house. definatly beats driving 24 hours to OWC Exclamation

i cant wait to ride there next summer

if they are going to accept the "coolest" design its probably going to be some rolllercoaster wakeboard rail.

The Kid,
We already have our other obstacles designed. We are really looking for an innovative design that we can add to our park. Basically what I am saying is that we already have a huge rollercoaster.

You don’t need to provide detailed measurements. Give us an idea of how long, wide and high you want your rail to be. We will figure out the rest if your design wins.

That reminds me of the red bull adrift rail I saw on pull but it looks sick.

LF, ya thats what i designed it after

i've never hit a down rail before on a wakeskate, but they were always the funniest on snowboards

a huge wide box with like two wallrides on each side........ and a really gentle incline onto it

i think the coolest part is that you can either hit a down ledge (boardsliding or frontboarding) or you can just gap from water to water.
