im clueless i dont really even know what size motor to use

as long as he doesn't plan on selling his winch he won't be violating the patent

Plus how would anyone find out? But right now I am in dier (sp?) need of a winch, I got the perfect pond right next to my house also perfect places all in town.

does anyone know if any retail winches will pull fast enough?? im in the same situation there is a pond across from my house that definately needs a rail on it if i can get something to pull me

if a company owns a patent on the winch....that probably means they are producing them to sell...if so, what company owns the patent and where can you purchase the winch from??? i have yet to hear of any company who is trying to make/sell the winches for wakeskating/boarding on a large scale...

theres another post about the winch and the owner of the patent talks on it and theres past articles and stuff about it
