I'm looking at picking one up and know nothing about them except for the fact that they break a lot.
I know it's like anything else where you have personal preference but I don't want to get something that is a complete pile and end up spending more time fixing it than riding.
I got offered a 2005 yamaha fx cruiser with 100 hours on it for $5500.
What can you get by with? (without being sarcastic)

i got an 07 fx ho which is the same as the one you got offered only 2 years newer and doesnt have the cruiser seat. 100hrs is very low hrs espcially for an 05 ide say thats a good deal. it wont break as long as you take care of it and maintain it, ive been beatin my yamaha up and as long as it gets serviced every 100hrs it runs like a champ all the time. |

Old seadoo two strokes are garbage. The yamy vx deluxe is what I'd look into. Seems like a decent price on the fx though. _________________ If you don't like my fire then don't come around. Cuz I'm gonna burn one down.

What does Reed H ride behind over at their site? That thing looks fairly cheap to buy and definitly gets the job done. |
