I think technically, that board is actually an 04 model (albeit midseason). In 05 they released a team and the lemons.

And that graphic IS sick, and I'm really happy I bought one because it still amazes me. I had an art course a few years ago and I used that graphic and some related subject matter for a paper called "rebel rebel" and the professor told me that my picture was his new background.

Good luck with your search. It might be a bit tricky to find because there were only 100 made, but you never know what will show up and where.

I really couldn't say precisely what's in the red section of the graphic--erich would have to define that. but here are some other shots.

They are the workers party or "Tolstoyan's"

Here is a cut and paste form an encyclopedia entry describing it:

The adjective Tolstoyan (also spelled Tolstoian) refers to the author Leo Tolstoy.

The Tolstoyans (Толстовцы, Tolstovtsy) follow the religious views expressed by Leo Tolstoy (1828 - 1910), the internationally-famed Russian novelist. Tolstoy's views were formed by rigorous study of the Gospel teachings of Jesus Christ, particularly, The Sermon on the Mount. The Tolstoyans' founder was Tolstoy's closest friend and confidant, Vladimir Chertkov (1854-1936).

They are nominally Christians, though in a departure from mainstream Christianity, the Tolstoyans tend to focus more on the teachings of Jesus as a spiritually-guided human being rather than as the Son of God.

They do not participate in, or concern themselves with, governmental and worldly affairs, which the Tolstoyans considered as immoral and corrupt. Thus, they may be technically described as anarchists, though they do not claim that title. Many now regard them as Christian anarchists because they recognize God as their only authority. Historically Tolstoy's ideas have had some influence on anarchist thought.

They are considered Christian pacifists and advocate absolute nonresistance in all circumstances rather than self-defense. They base this belief on Christ's commandments to, "resist not evil," "love thy enemy," and, "turn the other cheek." Interestingly enough, this was the same strategy to conflict resolution that in India, Mohandas Gandhi, shared but referred to it as nonviolence or ahimsa. Because of their beliefs, the Tolstoyans adhere to either a vegetarian or a vegan diet.

The early Tolstoyans had problems with the Tsarist regimes, and even more so with the Bolshevik ones. By 1930, many Tolstoyans had to relocate to Siberia to avoid being liquidated as kulaks, but Stalin's police nevertheless arrested them and sent them to labor camps from 1936 to 1939.

Despite his misgivings about anarchist violence, Tolstoy took risks to circulate the prohibited publications of anarchist thinkers in Russia, and corrected the proofs of Peter Kropotkin's "Words of a Rebel", illegally published in St Petersburg in 1906. Two years earlier, during the Russo-Japanese War, Tolstoy publicly condemned the war and wrote to the Japanese Buddhist priest Soyen Shaku in a failed attempt to make a joint pacifist statement.

A letter Tolstoy wrote in 1908 to an Indian newspaper entitled "Letter to a Hindu" resulted in intense correspondence with Mohandas Gandhi, who was in South Africa at the time and was beginning to become an activist. Reading "The Kingdom of God is Within You" made a strong impression on Gandhi in terms of his public commitment to nonviolent resistance, a debt Gandhi acknowledged in his autobiography, calling Tolstoy "the greatest apostle of non-violence that the present age has produced". The correspondence between Tolstoy and Gandhi would only last a year, from October 1909 until Tolstoy's death in November 1910, but led Gandhi to give the name the Tolstoy Colony to his second ashram in South Africa. Besides non-violent resistance, the two men shared a common belief in the merits of vegetarianism, the subject of several of Tolstoy's essays

Here's mine, it's been shredded for four years and it's still in great shape. Just goes to show Integrity knew what they were doing, right from the start. Every board on the market should have a Durasurf bottom..

I forgot there were only 100 made.. I know Gore had one and Steph Wamsley had one, where are the other 95? Laughing I think Frye had one too Very Happy

I've ridden one of these before, IMO they ride similar to an Omen. Brett Leadley has one but i don't know if he would ever part with it because its so rare. Hit him up you never know, but im guessing its going to take quite a deal to snag that thing

caprice sun, CRAZY timing on your post. Laughing

Thanks for the insight, erich. Just like the perseverance, there's a heck of a lot of depth to that graphic. The symbolism, coloring and styling are why I dig those two boards so much.

I remember I didn't even want to grip that board because the top sheet is such a sweet shade of green (like a light mint or something--I don't know exactly). But at the time, I felt like I had to, given the price and such.

EDIT: I decided to move this thread because it's way sweeter than your average classified post. There's some sweet info...but the first poster is also looking for one of these decks. Wink Laughing

integrity boards are just amazing. the work put into these things is just mind blowing. even the top graphics on integs are sweet! i felt bad gripping my TNT. i like how on the tolstoy that put that warning where the griptape is so it doesn't interfere with the graphic at all. Laughing

just curious because i'm not familiar with durasurf or anything else but does the 08 integ lineup have a durasurf bottom? the tnt and lemons?

Cyclone268, no problem. And you never know--if I were you, I'd just consistently look. I don't know how old you are, but you can try to watch craigslist for one. Last year someone was selling one on the forums. I think it's just something that will take patience and consistency (in your dilligence).

tjmac, I'm not really sure. Including doubles, I'd say 70-something. Like low 70s. There are still a few cassettes in florida that I've literally waited a whole year to receive, but I will have them soon. (edit) So I peeked through the "museum" and counted my pics and mentally added some doubles (like my hampson bi-level doubles for riding, a.reed doubles, et al.) and I have at least 91 wakeskates. As far as "unique" wakeskates are concerned (not exact doubles), that's in the neighborhood of 77, minimum. It all makes me sound creepy.

RUSSIAN, your decks look hella clean. Cool Your shot just makes everything POP.
