email from thomas:
Danny,
The 04 line will be out shortly, we have a guarantee from our manufacturer that all of our decks will be shipping by June 15th. Sorry about the delay and if there has been any confusion, but we went through some manufacturing problems and now we finally got everything where we want it. And as always, thanks for the continued support, later, thomas |

One could look at many companies in the industry (or any industry) and see that projected deadlines are not always met. Some of the loyal kids out there are waiting for their 04s, while others need to go and buy something else. Sometimes that's just the way it goes. And you know, cassette had plenty of their own issues to deal with and it's clear that things haven't gone the way they would have wanted them to.
jerrysk8, this is just a guess but I don't think they'll be selling their decks through their website. I know that they had to stop selling their ts on the site, so quite frankly, I don't know what they were going to sell...maybe they can sell ts again?? But who knows...but I do know that they want to keep a good rapport between the company and the dealers.
Lastly, cassette does not issue press releases. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

| WOW, I just got off the phone with Bill the owner of Performance Ski & Surf and he said he just talked to Thomas and the 2004 cassettes should be in by mid august. By that time other companies will start 2005 skates. |

I never yelled at you, I'm just voicing my opinion. And do you really think they wanted things to work out this way? They had issues with their manufacturer, among many other things. You have no idea what they've been through since the expo last fall...
So yeah, I guess I resent the statement "they fizzle up." _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |
