did you see this on surfline? http://www.surfline.com/surf-news/taiwanese-fishing-boat-dry-docked-at-padang-padang-efforts-to-remove-proving-unsuccessful-as-new-swell-fills-i_16973/

look through the pictures... pretty amazing.

Labuhan Sait, Bali.
Last Saturday morning local fishermen and surfers woke up to find a huge boat driven right onto the reef. Inspection by the Padang Padang lifeguards revealed a strange finding. The boat was in perfect condition, engines running, electronics running, filled with literally tons of frozen fish, and there was no one onboard.

sounds like 20th century pirates. i bet the crew killed the captain and ran it into the ground and disappeared into the many islands of the area.

Not incredible, the hull got exploded by a huge swell that came in last week and leaked gas and diesel all over the reef. Although it is awesome that the locals got some good grub out of the deal. I would say the two most beautiful waves in the world are Padang and Honolua Bay with Honolua being my #1 because its a right Smash Smash Smash Smash Smash Smash Smash Smash

incredible photos as in it's rare we see images like these. Yes it's terrible for the reef/ecosystem. shizzle I have a 120g reef tank in my house, I'm all about saving the reef.
