i know there have been many other posts about kickflips. but im posting bc i need helpl specialy pertained to me. can anyone help me?

EJazzle, when i try my kickflips i try to flick them like on a skateboard but the board sometimes flys away from me or only flips half way. when i try to push it down instead of flicking it, the board goes straite down in the water

ZachTullier2, put your foot a little more towards the outside of the board and see if it helps.

try and do a mixture of mob/flicking

i put my front foot a little more to the side than a normal ollie. i really think my foot needs to be over some more. ight i will keep trying both. thanks

ZachTullier2, no dont try to just mob. just keep trying to flick it. just change your footplacement till you get the right rotation.
