If you weren't there, now you can act like you were.

For real, it was nice to poke around. Not everything works, but you get the picture. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

It's just most of the 2004 cassette wakeskates site. For those who are crippled by nostalgia... _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

TTUFAN24, i used the searched button and searched "cassette history". Came up with 2102 results. I'm over it. But thanks for the helpful post.. never used that search button before |

dudufigueiredo, amazing finds! The second to last one links up to the old wakeskating.com front page and message board.
Lollar, I don't have any of the old desktop images. I don't remember if they ever even worked, or if I didn't like them, or whatever the case may be.
TTUFAN24, all in all, I'm pretty satisfied with what's there. It was just cool to revisit...scroll over all of the team dude's faces and you get those quotes as well. And the board images are actual shots of the boards...whatever, I dig! _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com*

I just did a websearch for cassette wakeskates and WHAMMY! It was awesome. It kept me occupied for a bit.
EDIT: Mattc, the search function can be a little tricky. Make sure if you have more than one word and you want your search to be reasonably specific, check the option that looks for those exact words (as in, both words have to be present in the post and not just one or the other). You kind of have to know what you're looking for when you search...sometimes it will pull up a lot of stuff.
I guess i'm surprised you aren't familiar with cassette, but it was a company and group of riders that had a huge impact on wakeskating and how it is today. They released a lot of technology for wakeskating, like the first wood concaves, asymmetrical decks, 4-trac fin configuration for nose slides, blunts, mannuals, etc, and of course, the bi-level. They're currently not making boards (which is why a search is worth while, specifically on the bi-levels and maybe even the 04 line).
Also, there's an interview with thomas horrell in the "history" link on the front page. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com*
