no they will countersink themselves, dont remove material, or you will weakin the board.

you dont want to use a countersink bit on the board because you will lose plys in the weakest part of the board. just screw it down flush, check the bolts before every session, because the plys compress when you ride loosening the bolts. make shure to seal the mounting holes befoore rideing, the dont deem to be sealed after drilling.

bmr712, yeah thanks I saw them. I was going to get one, but I think I've decided to put the money towards building my own. I want to see if I can do it or not. Thanks for the heads up.
