Pretty easy to put on. They fit on some engines better than others but they will fit on most engines. Sometimes you have the grind a little on the mounting plate that bolts to the engine but not too much. They average about $175. I recommend e-bay but sometimes you have to wait awhile for a good deal. If you search froogle.com and type in "comet torq a verter" you should get some pretty good results as well. They have 4 different models so make sure you get the one you want.

They make them for:
1" crankshaft for size 35 chain which has a 12 tooth drive sprocket
1" crankshaft for size 41 chain which has a 10 tooth drive sprocket

3/4" crankshaft for size 35 chain which has a 12 tooth drive sprocket
3/4" crankshaft for size 41 chain which has a 10 tooth drive sprocket

It's just 4 bolts that bolt it to the engine and then one bolt that holds the drive pully on once you put the belt on.
