brassmonkey, No Spiritual Surrender!!! How ironic considering that Vic Dicara(Inside Out/Shelter/108) wrote that and ended up being swayed by Ray Cappo (Youth of Today/Shelter) to become a Hare Krishna and join Shelter and later go on to form Krishna-core greats 108.

deep.
..and while we're at it, I have to admit that I wasn't impressed with the Zach track.
I could picture him sitting there at the mic reading the lyrics off of a card or something.. I dunno.
Same voice, kinda same words, but without the genuine angst that only comes from within. Reminds me of the movie "Walk the Line" (The Johnny Cash movie) where he's demo'ing for his first contract and the guy stops him and is like.. "You think I believe that? You think I REALLY think that's what you think? No man.. you gotta believe in what you are singing about.. " _________________ Post less, ride more. |
