well i got my first wakeskate a few days ago and i was on ebay and only had $50 to buy a wakeskate and i came across this. i won it and it should be here anyday.im just wondering since the wakeskate is warped will it affect the riding at all? its my first skate and didnt want to spend alot incase i didnt like it. any thoughts?

Its a start.

Most of us started on flat decks.

Once you get the wakeskate fever im sure you will want to upgrade

bass69, Yep. It is. Its actually made by Kampus and all they made were flat decks until the very end of the company when they were designing a concave top for Clint T.

bass69, Well you gotta get the basics down anyways. It looks like its warped so yeah it probably will be. Im sure that you will be able to do 180's, Ollies and Shuvs on it and thats all you really need to worry about right now.

oh and forgot to mention you might hold off, i was able to get a Brand New 06 Drew Mcguckin for 60 bucks. So if you just wait and look around you can find somehting good.

i already won the skate. im sure i will love wakeskating since im really good at skateboarding and im sure ill upgrade soon enough

LOL almost every wood board is warped though. Seriously take a look at your wood decks and tell me they aren't warped.

uidzero, Yeah but it may be warped like that 03 Cassette I got in the mail the other day. That thing is almost completly flat. Laughing

bass69, shred that board until it dies, or until you feel like you want something better. You'll have fun on it for sure... thats a good starter board for the money. after riding it you'll figure out what you like in a board and can buy something that will last you a lot longer. have fun man
