fs big spins

I know people have posted this before but I need help

when I try them in the flats the board spins right and so do I but I slip out all the time.

I try to land over my toes but I just do the same thing

I can sometimes do them i/o but never in the flats.

Ejazzle tells me to take it like a 180 but when you are at the middle of the 180 push your back foot toward the boat Smash

i like to start off with a wide stance because it makes me land with my ffeeet spread apart more so i hav more stababillity thats what i did to get them
