which time would you rather wakeskate at??

i went at 630 this morning and it was fun but i think i like afternoons!!

i cant lie, i love both. usually the best water comes in the early morning, but those late afternoon sets come in handy. Wink

There is a pretty good argument for both.

Morning:
-more butter
-less tuburs/jet ski racers/water skiers/etc...

Afternoon:
-Butter still, but not like mornings
-Getting off work and riding right before sunset = amazing

I for one hate waking up early so I'm stuck on the afternoon, but still agree that morning is really good too.

I've never ridden that early. Like 9 is the earliest. I wanna take a sunrise session this summer sometime. The cove we ride is completely butter on weekdays till at least 10 AM, and even then it's still smooth.

We normally take sunset sessions though. They really are nice, and on the weekdays, all the people out are either skiers, or wakeboarders/skaters. It makes for a lot better water when everyone works together. Also, i don't have to worry about the night before then.

the best sets are during the winter. its cold out and the water feels hot. Fog is rising off the lake and you riding behind the boat. Its a great feeling early in the morning while everyone else is sleeping and your shredding the most perfect butter

I'm not a fan of the mornings because it requires getting up. I hat it in the afternoons though, but the evenings from 5-8 are sex. I always ride in the evenings because all the cops go in so we can ride anywhere.
