i just got a pair off the dvs dresden mesh shoes at a local wake shop was wondering if there is a difference from the dvs on ambush.com and these if so what the hell are they

The ones on buywake.com are a limited edition they only made 500 pairs of them, limited color ways and are made completely for wakeskating unlike your mesh dresdens are just skate shoes with mesh. Next time read the info about the shoes on buywake.com.

if i remember correctly, the only real differences between the two is that the tongue on the ambush/buywake version is closed cell cushioning which doesnt absorb water. the regular mesh ones have the same tongue as the regular dresdens do, so they suck up water like a sponge. im not too sure about the cushioning in the heel of the shoe, but im sure its the same as each respective tongue's material...oh yeah, and the ambush/buy wake version has ambush and buy wake logos on them whereas the regular ones have a dvs logo.

nonetheless if you wring out the tongue of the mesh dresdens, you will be just fine. i have them in black/red and i love them.
