Best posted design?

I know the best winch is one you design yourself, but not everyone has the tech knowledge or access to mechanical equipment as others do. So whats the best posted designs you've seen?

I have my opinion, cockney winch on winchsakting.com built a version with Radlam recently, works very nice and is a simple design.

But what does everyone else think? what's your fave posted design you've seen/built/riden?

I am 100 percent biased but I like mine the best
Its simple and clean

cockney seens like too many weird angles and such.

I like a simple winch.
