I wondered if anyone would ever do something like this. ever since I saw the http://youtube.com/watch?v=DV_6plAcRJ0 portable ski lift I thought it would be rad to have your own personal cable park.
It seems like you could make your own cable park with a 13 HP winch and some towers. _________________ integrity-wake.com | chriscut.com |

Yeah you would think it could be done for sure
Sesitec has published first pictures from a portable cable system. You can build up this cable in 4h on every place you like, the only thing you need is electricity. The price is around 26.000 Euro. For more information ask the guys behind Sesitec. All information and picture are from the Liquid Force blog Germany and Wakeforum.de. Check the LF blog for more pictures.

heres the translation
i used http://babelfish.yahoo.com/?fr=avbbf-us
Place to you the following forwards… Your own course with which you alone on the water fun have can. Everything which you need is a small piece of water surface. You place yourself against the start, press the activate button and do not drive your own Obstacles to you no more can. And its boys of Sesitec a mini course it developed Christian which is so simple that it surprises one why no earlier drauf came. Beginners pull, Obstacles drive, Inverts make and a respecting drive….all no problem. Respect drive? If the course is to end, one drives simply outward beside the driver, the course stops by operators or automatically and drives into the other direction without one sinks back. This course can be used for the beginner enterprise, developed mobilely everywhere even indoor in the pool or at home for the Gartenteich:) Whether mini course to drive system 2,0 or system 8…. it is simply sow-merrily to it! I would not be surprised, if already into a few years hundreds of the courses on the whole world stand. The future starts now! |

Imagine...
Your own cable with which you can have fun on the water yourself. All you need is some water area. you stand at the start, pushes start and ride your own obstacles until you get tired.
Christian and the guys from Sesitec developed a mini cable, which is so simple that we wonder why nobody came up witht his earlier. Pull beiginners, ride obstacles, do inverts (for those wakeboarders out there ), do '8's. No problem! Do '8's???
When the cable ends you just ride to the outside next to the carrier, the cable stopps per operator or automatically and starts in the other direction without you sinking in. (not 100% sure on this part cuz i don't understand it myself entirely.)
You can use this cable for beginners and set it up everywhere, even indoors in a pool or at home on your pond!
Whether mini cable, system 2.0 or system 8... its just hyper funny to ride with it!
I would not be surprised, if in a few years there were hundreds of those cables set up all over the world. Die Zukunft beginnt jetzt!
Benni ('Suehs', german cable wakeboarder)
greetings from germany!
the german
P.s. Don't be too hard on me with the translation, i know its not perfect
but i hope i could help a few people on here. Suggestions are welcome! |
