hi guys i'm wondering about the gator boards impala or the duece pop.. i know they are completely different boards but...
i ride the byerly legacy and i can't stand it it feels like i'm riding all deep in the water and the kicktails are a bit too extreme..
i have ridden the aaron reed cassette bi level and the sst.. i didn't like the sst but i loved the aaron reed..
i haven't ridden the impala and i know nothing of it .. i just thought it looked like a good skate..
so in the end i would like to know the pro's and cons of theese two boards. and if any of u have ridden the legacy and one of these boards, could u please give some advice? |

The Impalla is basically the Doyle of past years, which was really popular and rode really well. It doesn't have the same base as the old Doyles though.
The new Deuce is pretty nice, good pop.
But I mean it is the difference between a bi and a composite board, they're both good boards though.
Since you loved the Cassette I would think you would like the Deuce, the concave is a little more mellow and the composite base makes it ride a little higher in the water, but it still has a nice bi feel |

the deuce is an awsome board i have one, love it and would deffinetly reccomend it. my friend has the new impala and its a decent board, sits kinda low and i dont really care for the foam top, the board also is really skinny and i just dont like it. its a decent board, slides nice at the cable. but ide say get the deuce if you really like the cassette, that would be most similar probally. |

You should go with the Impala or Doyle, they'll last longer on rails than a wood board. |

The 08 DP also have a composite base, so if you liked the cassette and are riding rails i would definitely check out the DP |
