Hydrostatic drive:
Hydrostatic transmissions transmit all power hydraulically, using the components of hydraulic machinery. There is no solid coupling of the input and output. One half of the transmission is a hydraulic pump and the other half is a hydraulic motor, or hydraulic cylinder. Hydrostatic drive systems are used on excavators, lawn tractors, forklifts, winch drive systems, heavy lift equipment, agricultural machinery, etc.

It's true!!! So stoaked on what NeverRide is doing.
We almost got to test it while in Germany, but our schedules did not allow it.
Europeans love engineering.....just like they love beer and being rad. _________________ Life's Kredo = "When the snake falls in love with the spagetti it's time to buy a new hat." & "I guess I need to whiskey up these corn flakes..and heroin up this Orange Juice." |

I couldn't agree more.
twgapk, Zak has had his for almost or maybe even more than two years now and had ZERO problems with his with the exception of the occasional rope tangle form someone not knowing how to drive it. It's been engineered extremely well for the most part.
My hats off to the guys at NeverRide for building an awesome product. Now they just need to figure out how retain the quality at a little lesser price tag. _________________ arson-wake.com |

cool and all but my winch cost around $900 to build, looks pretty damn good, and works pretty damn well too, i just can't see throwing that kinda money around when it could be put to better use. |
