Moving To Orlando and help findin a crib

Hey all you Otown people, Im movin down to Orlando sometime in the beginning of July. Im movin down with my buddy whos goin to Full Sail, and ill be workin full time till i get my residency and start school.

Anyways were bringin a 06 yamaha 3 seater and another 05 honda. Aside from wakeskatin, my current problem is findin a place to live. Im lookin to rent a small house somewhere thats not in the hood and within a very close distance to a good ridin lake. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I lived in Ocala for 6 years so ive got a general idea of the place.

going on a drive around of the orlando area tomorrow, I'm in search of somewhere to live in decent vicinity to ucf, just gonna drive around a bunch of lakes in the area and see what we can find. I'll let you know what we find.

I just wish i could be down there, where wakeskatin's everywhere.
Here where i live, you see a plane crash into someone's house and kill someone on the shitter more often than you see wakeskaters. Atleast in Lenoir City.. Rolling Eyes

I live on Lake Destiny in Maitland, and the guy that lives two doors down has a lease that ends right around June/July. 3/2.5 townhouse, corner lot, literally on the lake. Too small for a boat, but awesome for a ski (or two)... just have to anchor it off shore and swim to it. Neighborhood is the opposite of ghetto (gated community), tucked inside a corporate business area of town. $1390/mo.

kyle hyams wow that would be hellaw sweet, but shes about 400 to much for me lol Im not really moving down for the wakeskate scene, moreso the warm weeather ive been missing and the attempt of me gettin a lil better on a skate with some of yalls help lol

and i cant help much with the Odub house problem, but check maby craigslist or some realestate sites in orlando. how ever im more then down for riding with you when you get there, or head down to the keys and ill give you afew pulls.

I lived in college park right by lake ivanhoe, it was rad. i had a 2/2 duplex 2 blocks from the lake for $800 check baltimore street in orlando off of virginia . its a nice little hood with a lot of duplex rentals... good luck, have fun
