Dirtbike winch

I want to put together a winch and I was wondering if I would be able to make a winch out of a mini dirtbike? Like take off the back wheel and replace it with a spool? Do you guys think this would be fairly easy to do? I've seen it done before.

be careful with overheating... your gonna need to add a fan cause dirtbikes are cooled by the actual movement of the bike.... by using it as a winch the bike dosnt move...

eh...sounds hood rich. Stick with go cart motors.
