i dont have a top deck to ride so im getting rid of the bottom deck. its in excellent condition. no signs of delaming or water logging. looking for some where around 160 you pay shipping. make offers thanks!

i really dont know, i doesnt effect the ride or the strength of the the board, its just always been there

he's probably referring to a replacement deck some of the other companies produce. it's really REALLY hard to find true cassette replacement top decks.
