cheapskate, eh, not so much for that car.
If it was on drag radials at least, and not street tires, it should be pulling in the high 10's or better.
I agree! Porsche's are the sex. _________________

mojo, ya thats called no traction control, no drag radials and like 800hp... you putt your foot down and its going to spin. but ya driving has A LOT to do with it.
He was in 4th when he stared to get traction. |

Here's the Autobanh(correct spelling) supra...i believe it won the Texas Mile this yr. 228 mph in a standing mile on street tires. I think its also registered for the street too. pretty inpressive.

Michael Manzer, I just sold my 93 RX7. It had right about 380whp on 12.5psi on the stock turbos. I loved that car. I've got some pictures round here somewheres.
We got some really impressive 1000hp supras and a few 1500hpish vipers around these parts. People in Tennessee seem to have a lot of money and not much to do. _________________ I'm no scientist, but I do drink a lot of booze. |

Here are some really sweet rides. If I remember correctly some are from Georgia and some from Florida. I guess most of them are done at Heffner's Performance which if I remember correctly is in Florida.

Eddie Bello used to wheelie on street tires.
That was a car he drove to the track, competed with, then drove home. _________________

dscsk8er55, Niiiice collection. I got into them cause my dad had a fc when I was younger. I always loved that thing. I had a white 94 that I loved to death, but ended up trading it for a black 93 after I had to pull the motor on my first one. You know how that goes I'm sure.
I had a pretty good streetport going on the black one. I really should have gone non sequential when I did the motor but I decided not to. The very last time I drove it was with the guy who bought it. I was getting on the interstate in second gear and romped it at about 2000rpms and as soon as the secondary kicked in the tires broke loose all the way through 3rd. That being the last memory I have of it is brutal. It was running very strong that day.
Sorry for the long story, that thing was like my child. _________________ I'm no scientist, but I do drink a lot of booze. |
