if you just pull it out and dont eject your hardrive first sometimes that will happen. If you have a mac, then they are pretty much gone. _________________

They are more than likely somewhere hidden on the hard drive. If you have an IT person where you work or go to school, they can probably look at it for you. _________________ "It's like there's not enough pants where there need to be more pants." |

You can try this, just to see if it works. Go to your control panel and click on the icon that says folder options. Click on the view tab. Scroll down to where it says hidden files and folders. Click the box that says show hidden files and folders. Click ok, then go to My computer. Double click the on the hard drive and see if it shows you the songs. That's about as far as I can take you. Sorry. _________________ "It's like there's not enough pants where there need to be more pants." |

Search for and download recuva. It will let you search your hard drive and recover anything on your hard drive, even if you deleted it. Once you delete something it is still there till it is overwritten. So if this just recently happened and you havent used the drive much since the incedent, you can probably recover some of your music. Good luck.
