damn thats a tough call, and I took the pic. Freeze that a reed vid right after his name disappears then put both webpages side by side. Either way, they are both pretty damn rowdy _________________

sometimes I don't think it's always about trying to poke it as far as you can go...that seems to be what everyone else tries to do, but part of what I like is just how it looks, straight up. Both examples of course are solid, but i have a preference for reed's above all others in wakeskating because they are the original...and I also look to keith hufnagel's ollies, and his aren't out of control boned, but they're just straight up out of control (in the best way possible). _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

electricsnow, one of the reasons i dont like drew danielos style too much... seems like he just forces his tweaks as far as he can. _________________ Grrr... |

it's like people talking about who can do the best kickflip, or who does their favorite kickflip. some people have preferences, and what's more is some people like to vocalize those preferences, especially when it comes to style and wakeskating. that is one thing people do on a message board. Another thing is that nobody is ever forced into reading anything.
you don't have to care, but some people do. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

I think most people kinda put their own style to it... as long as it's not generic looking and you don't call it a "freedom poke" I'm cool with it.
Lemons shot is a borderline shifty poke and I like that _________________ arson-wake.com |

lemons's shot looks like hes only touching the board with his toes
i do love seeing a good poke, but when i do the myself i mainly just like to try and get the board as horizontal as possible, ill attempt the odd poke, but i fail hahaha |

it's not a competition. it's just a fun trick. |
its not like you can say one is the best and make it a fact. they both have their own style which i respect. i was just curious as to what everyone likes better. i for one am in awe of both and i think my head would explode to try and pick one |

Aaron invented the poke on a wakeskate. he is OG POke> The butter effect........mexico>
lemons boner is nasty. andy P's poke in V6 is epic.....he gets the tail higher than the nose. _________________ dbanana wrote:
