i skate and am somewhat good at it (as in consistent flips and combo grinds) and i spent all last summer wakeboarding and i could w2w everytime and ge up everytime. Having this experience is wakeskating going to be easier?

A combo grind?...

Yeah, you're good to go for wakeskating. I've skateboarded for the better part of my life and wakeboarded for like three years before I took up wakeskating. It's different from skateboarding in that you have a different kind of control of the board for ollies, flip tricks, slides and such. When you first get up you'll notice you have a lot less 'instant' control as you do with bindings on a wakeboard. Just be patient and have fun, and it will come to you.
