I have to compose a 5 paragraph essay on someone who should have their own holiday. I chose Thomas. I am looking for some background info on him like how old he was when he went into business, some industry firsts, etc. This info is much appreciated to anyone who helps out.

nickl011, Other resources i guess would be electricsnow, and if i'm not mistaken isn't there an interview from Horrell on the site? I'll dig that up for you in a minute. I have a scanned article about him from a WBM last year or the year before too. I'll send that with the standerd stuff.
