Just inherited a winch from a buddy that moved up north. Not in the best of shape so we got it worked on and seshed it a few days, have crap rope and not much of it as well...Check a few pics.

jake .R., It was about 65-70 outside, so was pretty warm once you got out of the water. But we were about numb trying set up the makeshift box and anchor it down with a huge rock and boat anchor.haha
The Kid, The winch inherit was huge supprise b\c I was thinking about buying it, then didn't have the $ he really wanted for it. So he called the day he was leaving and said just take it that he didn't have room for it...
