this actually did happen to me. I just rode out my lap didn't do a single trick and edge to the dock let go and asked what i needed to do.

Gee... maybe put the helmet strap on so the helmet stays on. I mean it IS a competition so why get DQ'd on something so stupid?

Mr. Top Hat, He did a whole bunch on tricks on rails... I think he did a no helmet frontboard shuv out....
I was watching in direct... I was stoked for the beginning of his ride... He was killing it as usual, then i was his helmet falling on a back 180... Then i was like FVCK! DON'T HIT THE RAILS, DON'T HIT THE RAILS....
And while i was saying that, he was goin straight to that box, getting ready to pop and frontboard the shizzle out of it...
Then i said to myself: "Ok, he's done... DQ For sure"
Couple of seconds later, the guy on the mic "Sorry Andy p, you're DQ"
