I went and rode there today for a couple hours. Theres no rails out right now except a little floating dock section to do some tricks over. Me and a few friends still had a blast sessioning up the cable especially since we were the only ones out there. There in the process of putting in a flat box like owc's picnic table. It should be done in a few days. There actually not officially open yet but you can still go there and pay for a few hours if anyone is running the cable at that time. |

the cable is huge, theres 9 carriers on the cable and its probly a little shorter than the big cable at owc.
DirtyCracker, ya its the same lake we used for blast. What they did is just removed a chunk of that land that jetted out in the middle so that it formed an island. They then widened and dredged out the lake some more. I love riding the cable with the Island. It feels like your riding down a glassy canal more than a cable lake. The cable also goes clockwise instead of counter clock wise which is pretty fun for a change. |
