just got back from voting for the primary election. Turns out my name showed up on the independant party list even though I have always been a registered republican. I figured that wouldnt matter though because independants can vote for a candidate in either party, right? WRONG!!
Turns out in this election florida decided not to let independants vote for either party in the primaries.
So In the I wasnt able to vote for ron paul, I was only able to say yes or no on a few ammendments. Both of my parents did however vote for Ron Paul |

Bummer.
I made all the old people vote for Ron Paul by saying his name as they walked in. When they got to the ballots, I figure they wouldn't remember who they were gonna vote for, so they just recognize the name of RP.
Victory.

I think Cali is doing this also this year. I got something in the mail stating that I need to tell them if I was voting democrat for this election(I'm registered independent) I did not respond in time so I'm pretty sure I can't vote in the primaries. I never received anything from the republicans. I don't think I make enough for them |

I'm almost as scared of George Bush 1.5 (McCain).
Mitt Romney is a robot.
Guliani sucks.
Hillary sucks.
I don't know anything about Obama's politics (I will soon), but can you imagine what his face as the President of the United States of America would do for our world image?
You should all know that I don't subscribe to a political ideology, let alone a political party, so don't think I'm switching sides if I go somewhere else, because I've done what I can for Ron Paul, I just don't know if he can pull it off. _________________ √ |

Captain, Why do you hate freedom?
Meh, the reality is RP is not going to make it to election time, although I'd vote for him again if he does!
I've thought about the possibilities of Obama's presidential world influence. Considering his birth father was raised a Muslim and his early upbringing supposedly was Muslim in nature.. that may do quite a bit to calm the fanatics of the middle east, not so much elsewhere though (China/N Korea etc). Being half Persian myself, and having been to Iran quite a bit over the years, I can safely say it can only help.
In addition to the impact worldwide, at a national level we're talking about potentially minimizing some degree of racism. At least I think it would, having the President be both Black and White 50/50. _________________ chance favors the prepared mind |

wow SkateVT that is awesome. I didn't vote for those vajayjay's either time and what they did is not justifiable in my opinion.

yeah, the fact the our country is basing both its' foreign and domestic policies on what has basically become an obsolete technology surprises me to no end...
but then again it is nice to see so many people, especially the younger spectrum of the voters taking such a huge interest in this election, and I think that the informed ones will vote for ron paul, and that is progress even if rp doesn't win |

I wish our country was mellow enough for a Fishing Party.
Maybe I should come to Aus for a while if Bitchary gets elected. I could probably get Refugee status _________________ √ |
