I like them a lot. I ride a 42 but have a 40 on the way that I'm excited to try. I like the style of concave and the way they feel when I try my dance moves, whether they're classics or new maneuvers i'm trying to master. My personal dance floor moves with me, which gives me that confidence to give it my all...in the end the heart wants what it wants.
It's all personal taste though. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

Had one, it was okay, but a little too heavy for my liking.
But it's a personal preference. _________________

i had one and liked it alot for a while, i find they flip alot easier than concaves and ride smoother, IMO _________________ Team Dream Sleds

I need only one deck at a time.
Just trying to keep it simple.
I also think bi-levels are like bi-sexuals. They are interesting at first, but after I get to know them, they're still odd. _________________ Your mom is my favorite knee boarder. |

| i'll never ride a normal concave ever again after getting my deuce pop. It's just too much fun to ride, it took me a while to get my tricks back after swapping but for consistancy's sake, its worth it. Im also loving the fact that unless you try to, it is impossible to catch an edge on it. |

i like bi levels, the fulcrum effect is unreal on the water and the feeling is incredible.
with 2 decks comes more parts, and from what i've seen more problems. If you are able to get one, do it; but i'd be packing a spare for sure.
If not a concave or flat deck, gives me the same thrill. I really dig the simplicity of a wakeskate. _________________ dbanana wrote:

| ive tried 3 types of Bis to see what the hype was about. im not into it. i prefer the solid feel of a wood concave. i dont like the squishy tails that seem to take a little longer to react then the true feel of a wood concave. im still wait for the 40.5 SST though. i did prefer the SST over the cassette bi and new bi ive tried, but the 42 was huge and the proto was HEAVY |

Yesterday we got into a situation where the screws holding the board together were all mangled from the board being used on rails, so when we got the screws out we couldn't get them back in, and sooo that board was unridable. Not a huge deal because we had other decks on the boat and today I swapped the hardware out w/ something that'll work better, but just remember that there's more stuff to go wrong with bi-levels. _________________ facebook.com/TheLiquidPlayground
