Like the subject says, I'm checking to see if I can track down at least one cassette fin from 2003. Specifically, I'd like them to be from the linear perspective decks. They look like the picture below (take note of the shape) but came in a variety of colors.

If you have what I want, PM me and hopefully we can work something out.

cool. If anyone wants to sell or ends up finding their fins, holla. It'd be much appreciated.

Jim daily, it would be a disrespect to the two chaps that sold me my a.reed 4-tracks (I promised both that they'd end up back to their rightful owners if I ever needed to sell, which I never will), but I can tell you that there is not an 05 a.reed 4-trac. They made bi-levels, which were the respective pro models and the 4-trac design turned into their standard concaves for 05.

bobby211, I feel incredibly lucky. This past december I found a shop that looked to have some old cassettes, which they didn't, but they had one top deck left. Of course i bought it and it turned out to be a 40. I was on a mellow watch for a 40 and I had a few ideas, with the ideal situation being that the board I'd buy would already have a nice top deck so I didn't have to hit up the back up deck. Blah blah blah, I have some cash and I got myself a nice 40, which I'm psyched on because even though I don't mind rocking the 42 and love the shape of the concave, I think the 40 will swing around more consistently for 3 shuvs and the like. anyway, I just want to make sure i have some bi-levels to keep on riding for awhile. I'm always on the lookout...

Integ TNT, its tragic electricsnow, labeldingleberry, or the other Cassette whores won't sell a wakeskate. They each probably have 3-6 of every model Cassette ever made too... Sitting there dusty as... Life goes on though.

jim daily, Esnow has two 04s, and Labellthrasher has two. There was one on here about, mayish last year painted gray (the graphic had come off), and I hadnt realized the magic within the board yet. Now I will pay great quantities of money to own one. 03 4 trac<04 4 trac

here's the thing, I only have one production model of an 04 reed 4-trac that's in mint condition. All I want is for one mint board to survive on. After that, I'll ride whatever cassette I can get my hands on. The other 04 reed was a sample or prototype that a friend of mine on here found in the wilderness and it belonged to "o-town and c boys." It's in horrible shape, the paint is chipping all over the place, the wood is splitting, etc. It's not really an ideal wakeskate to ride and I'm personally taking extremly good care of that thing because it's fragile. However, in spite of its shape, it means a lot to me and I appreciate the fact that headhuntermx4 trusted me with that board.

All you have to do is be dilligent about it. Tampa jimmie had one on here this past summer and nobody bit on it without coming through for awhile until I pointed raven in that direction. There was one on here for anyone to get and to my knowledge he didn't want some outlandish price for it.

http://www.wakeskating.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=15643

Finally, labellethrasher is the one who sold me the mint reed, and he also sold Raven an 04 reed that I had sealed for him. So he has one left that he's keeping for himself, and I'm pretty sure it's a delam. There's no need to have an attitude against him because he's an extremely nice dude, and the board he sold raven was a board he rode for the past three years.

As far as the "cassette whore" comment goes, most buy the boards because that's what they want to ride and it's probably what they've always ridden. I know that's raven's case, as well as my own. For me personally, the aesthetic, people and message behind the brand have always meant a lot to me. Why blame us when we knew what we wanted all along? And quite frankly, it should speak volumes that I'm unwilling to sell a wakeskate, regardless of the price tag...most people would jump on that shizzle like a shifty car salesman.

sorry if that's a bit much for you, but I'm explaining my position...

With comments like that , it's not very likely that anyone with a rare

board to sell would want you to have one anyway.

Good luck finding a 4 track......

With that attitude.......your going to need it ! Wink
