Looks can be deceiving guys...after seeing it, you think its the same board with a total different artwork...but your wrong...last week, I was able to try Grubb's new board ( his own deck ) and its a totally different feel compared to the 07...its shorter wider and i think heavier..easier to pop an ollie and do some shuvs...theres a new channel on the bottom that according to him it releases the deck quicker compared to the 07..though they haven't changed the quality of the griptape portion, so it will soon deteriorate... but overall good job BG!!! I tried asking him his deck for souvenir sake, but no luck!!! He said theres only two unit in the world as of the moment since its not on production yet, but hopefully it will be out by early next year!!!

BTW, BT is working on his new skate, heard his putting more into it..so guys watch out for that..cant wait to see em...

The ones at the expo were just demos to show what the board actually looked like, so I'm not sure if I'd base a whole lot on that when it comes to board weight. But I will say that his boards have been heavier in the past.

And this is a new shape. The kicks are a little bit steeper and the board is wider and thus, shorter. The concave is different too. Last year there was almost an arch support or mellow ridge of sorts running down the center of the top deck, and now it's just a full on dished out concave.

That graphic is gnarly. There's more to it than meets the eye, that's for sure.

yup, it sure is heavier compared to the 07 and better concave..its as heavy with Bt board.. BG is still here in the Philippines...so I have more time to try and demo his board and come up with a decision if im gonna get his deck for this coming season.....

Classy, I could ask BG for you regarding his idea about the grip/foam top...I will see him this weekend....

I tried last years skate and that concave with the raised hump in the middle felt pretty strange, glad to hear it has been changed on this years model.
