Three bedroom,two bath house.2 car garage.large incolsed back patio.complete fenced in back yard.boat lift,jet ski lift.canal front.house has many upgrades including paint and carpet.lawn care and garbage included in rent price.move in date will be nov 13th.the first months rent will be pro rated.the lease is for 12 months.me and another guy will be moving in shorty and at the house we will have Malibu,Sea Doo wake,and a winch.looking for 1-2 more people to move in and to be on the lease.rent is $1500 per month divided by the number of roomates.very nice house,already perfectly set up.close to Valencia CC,UCF,and O Town watersports.
